One of the perks of my salon consulting work is th One of the perks of my salon consulting work is that I get to be BTC at a salon again! ✂️💃🏻👏🏻 In my contract with the lovely CEO & owner of @grantanddunnestylingbar is me helping out at the salon when they need it! 🎉 Haircuts, blow outs, updo’s and whatever else they need when there’s an overflow of clients and there’s not enough Hairstylists to take care of them.💕 I style my own clients once a week, but my set up is quite different. I offer house calls or invite my clients to my in-home studio. I absolutely love that because it’s convenient, intimate and Olivia gets to say hi and engage with mommy’s clients (only for a few minutes though otherwise I’d never be able to finish🤣). So aside from growth with marketing for her salon, hiring new team members & bridal brand awareness, I get to style THEIR clients hair! How fun is that?! She’s been putting in the work, investing in herself and I wanted to share a little bit about her with you. I hope her story inspires you to keep going no matter what. 💯 Rebecca went from working 38 hours a week to 22 hours a week and is still making the SAME income! How’d she do it? She invested in herself by way of education! Here’s what she said about our online Monthly Membership program. “When I need the accountability it’s there! I like the variety of training videos inside the Membership group, it makes it interesting and fun! The support from the other stylists is so helpful, and I like that I can give my feedback and help the other members out as well. It’s great to have “me” time away from work and my kids to tune in and learn what Gina is teaching that day. I’m also learning how to make things more simplified and streamlined in my business which makes my life so much easier!” Rebecca is just KILLING it!
