I wouldn’t have it any other way💗😜 I just LOVE th I wouldn’t have it any other way💗😜 I just LOVE these content creation days at the salon I support-@grantanddunnestylingbar … but I DO obsess over making sure we’re all prepared in advance so we can crank out the maximum high quality content within 3 hours when we’re together PLUS deliver all of the edited videos to the team within 48 hours! I’d say the hardest part about being a Mom is the I’d say the hardest part about being a Mom is the identity shift. There’s been times where I think to myself, “Who am I?!” For years and years, I was Gina the badas* Entrepreneur who was running a successful hairstyling business who pivoted into business coaching. And I loved it. And then this little being, whom we tried to get/have for 4 1/2 years, entered into our lives. And I became a mom. I experienced a high like I’ve never had before for about the first year of Olivia’s life. It was hard to wrap my brain around whether or not I was dreaming. Was she here, finally? Is she all mine, finally? Do I get to be HER mom the rest of MY life? And then, about two years in, I struggled with the question, “Who am I?” Am I a mom, a small business owner, a business coach, a hairstylist? Do I still like wearing high heels, wigs and long nails or am I more of a yoga pants & topknot kind of girl now? That’s the kind of stuff you don’t expect. That’s the kind of information that would be great to know before becoming a mom. But, here we are. I feel REALLY good about working my butt off in the last year to wear many hats and wear them well.
