Tomorrow, my honey is taking me & Olivia on a 7 day cruise to the Caribbean for my birthday!🎉☀️🏖️ I’m so excited because that means no work, no responsibilities, lots of water slides & family pool days, seeing Olivia experience her very first plane ride, sporting all my new swimsuits and beach dresses, margaritas poolside, delicious meals cooked by someone else, swimming in the ocean and a whole lot of other firsts for our little family. ❤️ It’s times like these I remember why I started my business: freedom.     What does a perfect birthday celebration look like What does a perfect birthday celebration look like to you? As I celebrated my 50th birthday over the weekend with close friends and family, my sweet friend asked everyone at the dinner table to say something memorable about meeting me or what they love most about me.💗 They said things like: “You’re so positive no matter what the circumstance.” “You’re so inspiring.” “You have a gift of bringing people together.” “You made me feel good about myself when other women didn’t, which helped me become the woman I am today.” “You’re so generous and loving.” “You always make it a point to check in on me and make me feel like you care about me.” “You’ve accomplished so much in your life and it’s so inspiring.” Wow. Just wow. 🙏🏻 I soaked in every. Single. One. Of those words because they made me feel so darn good!! I probably don’t stop enough and reflect. And I probably don’t give myself enough credit sometimes. But that dinner party was a great reminder to do exactly that. 🥰 It was a magical night and one I’ll never forget. Do me a favor, if you’re celebrating someone that you really care about, tell them specifically what you love most about them.
