YOU create your own schedule, hours, and cancellation policies!
So when you’re, let’s say, implementing a new policy in your business like a cancellation policy, it’s all you boo. Think it through, take notes of what seems fair and share your policy with your clients.
Sure, you can ask your other chair renter friends how they do something in their business, but don’t get caught up in their stress/drama/problems from their business.
You’re running your own race, and they’re running theirs.💃
I saw this firsthand in my own business and I see this all too often in other stylist’s businesses.
Remember: This isn’t a “we” thing, it’s a “me” thing!
