A friend recently asked me, “Gina, how do you have so much energy?!”
My first response was: “Acupuncture!”
But after I thought about it for a few minutes, I went on to explain that it was actually ALL of this:
✨ getting 8 hours of sleep every night
✨ regular acupuncture (every 3 weeks, for over 10 years)
✨ drinking tons of water (I don’t keep track of how much I drink, but I always have my water bottle next to me, so it reminds me to drink it.)
✨ healthy eating (on most days I skip dairy and gluten and eat fruit, veggies and fish or chicken)
✨ being outside daily (the park, the beach, a pool, the riverwalk)
✨ enjoying my career (I’m obsessed with it!)
✨ daily gratitude reminders (Sometimes it’s as simple as waking up and saying, “Thank you Universe for Gregory, Olivia, Vinnie and my cozy home.”)
✨ spending lots of time with my family (It’s the most important thing to me. And between Greg and myself we have A LOT of family so there’s always something fun to do with them!)
