Are you leaving 💰 on the table in your business?!
If you’re looking to build up your books, there’s no need to waste time, energy or money on business cards, ads or stressing about the “perfect” social media post if 100% of your past and present clientele aren’t on your upcoming schedule! ✂️
Think about it- if you’re concentrating on attracting new clients, but haven’t applied the 90/90 Rule to your existing clients, then you’re going to be working a LOT harder than you need to be! 😱
The 90/90 Rule: 90% of your clients should be buying, or getting, 90% of your products and services!
In other words: it’s WAY easier to upsell to a current client or reach out to a past client (that already loves your services and has paid you $ for them), than it is to get a brand new client on your books. 💯
It just takes a little finesse and strategy. 🥰
I was coaching a Hairstylist recently that wanted to attract new clients on her books. When I asked her if she had reached out to ALL of her past clients to get them on her schedule and/or upsell to the current clients who were already on her books, she said no.
So we came up with a text she could send to her clients to fill up her books. It looked like this:
“Hi Jessica!
I noticed you’re due for your color touch up. I have an opening next week on Monday at 3:00 or 4:00. Would you like to get on the books?”
I can teach how to market your amazing business online, but you are leaving money on the table by not reaching out to all of those clients to see if you could get them on your books. 🎉
And then you’re going to think about ONE product or service that they aren’t currently getting from you, that you could upsell. It’s a win/win for everyone. This ⬆️ is the 90/90 Rule!
