When I first start working with new business owners inside my program, we often chat about who is actually in their chair.

My first question is: do you know who your ideal client is, and is that who’s sitting in your chair 90% of the time?

Either they say yes, and when I keep asking follow up questions they realize the answer is no, or they have no idea what, or who, their ideal client is.

Either way, that’s ok! That’s where I come in! 🙂

Maybe it’s not the services they want to offer anymore, maybe their clients cancel on them way too often, maybe they can never convince their client to try a different style/product/service or maybe they just don’t vibe with the client anymore.
