I have a question for you….Are you afraid of being judged from what you post on your social media accounts?
Yes? No? Maybe…?
I’d love to invite you to think about it like this:
☑️ The people judging you… aren’t paying your bills!
☑️ Marketing your business/showing up online is an expression of your creativity. Why would you let someone’s opinion take that from you?
☑️ Ask yourself this: “Who’s really judging me?” Write out their names on a piece of paper and then think about how much their opinion really matters to you.
☑️ For the people judging you, are they doing things in their business that feels scary? Are they dreaming big? Do they have wild goals and aspirations that they’re working towards? Are they fearless? My guess is…probably not.
So don’t let them hold you back from anything!
Show up online for you. Show up online for your wonderful business. Show up online to build, maintain and grow the business that YOU deserve with clients that light YOU up. ✨

Did you know that’s it’s 5 times easier to sell to someone who’s already buying from you? It’s true!
While I think it’s a good idea to post online to attract new clients, we also need to strategize how to attract more income with the clients that are already booked with us.
That’s why it’s imperative to upsell your amazing services and products to clients who are in your chair (aka buying from you already)! Plus, it’s beneficial for them as well!
I have a simple technique that I’ve been using in my own business and have taught it to hundreds of other Hairstylists over the last several years. It’s called the 90/90 Rule. 90% of your clients should be buying or getting 90% of your products and services. It’s simple and effective and, once it’s implemented, will guarantee you more income.
