I might not be a jack-of-all-trades, but I’m certainly a master-of-one! When it comes to running an efficient and lucrative hairstyling business, I’ve got about 1,000 strategies, ideas and mindset hacks that work.

My experience comes from the last 29 years of being a Professional Hairstylist, 16 years of being a business owner and 5 years of being a business coach and sharing my ideas with other business owners who want to learn from me.

What we worked on over the last 12 months at Grant & Dunne Styling Bar in South Barrington, Illinois:

✅ recruitment:
recruited 2 top-tier Hairstylists (laid the foundation for future talent)

✅ marketing:
created a marketing blueprint (drove social media growth, visibility, and brand awareness)

✅ team environment:
up leveled team culture (built a culture of collaboration and creativity with monthly coaching, education and new social media skills)

✅ organization:
built structure and systems (established manuals, processes, and contracts for operational consistency + ensured scalability and efficiency across the business)

And… We’re. Just. Getting. STARTED. 👏🏻👏🏻

What we’re working on in the next 12 months:
