If you want to charge high pricing, you need to elevate your client experience at the salon.
That means:
✔️showing up and acting as professional as possible -make the convo be about your clients, not your problems
✔️customizing their appointment by speaking directly to their “hair problems” & concerns and sharing a solution
✔️sharing valuable information online that showcase you as the expert in your field (hair tutorials, FAQ’s, client testimonials)
✔️get them excited -specifically if they have to wait for their appointment! Share a guide, video, etc. with step by step hair styling lessons (think: FAQ’s- how to do a topknot, beachy waves, tease the hair, put in clip-in extensions)

I felt like I was directing a music video…🤣
