If you’re experiencing burnout, then please STOP doing this…
I can almost guarantee this is what’s happening:
👉🏻 You’re not conscious of what you’re thinking on a regular basis so you have old limiting beliefs that are running ramped and they just need to be changed into more positive ones. Thoughts become your reality.
What are you allowing to enter into your mind that isn’t serving you? Do you have a negative self talk or a kind/positive one?
👉🏻 You’re not working with clients and/or offering services that ignite your passion.
Are you working with clients- and offering services- that light you up? Look at your schedule this week and on a scale of 1-10 (10 being “I love it!”), do you have clients on your books and services on your books that are a 9 or a 10?
👉🏻 You have sloppy or- no boundaries at all- set in place for what’s right for your needs.
Are you letting cancellations slide because you feel bad charging the cancellation fee? If you are- stop that right now!! Would your dentist or your doctor charge a cancellation fee if you cancelled within 24 hours? Of course they would. Then so should you.
👉🏻 You don’t have people around you on a consistent basis that are two, three, four steps ahead of you that you can learn from.
Are you surrounded with negative Nellys or are you in programs and groups where you’re learning from and inspired by other small business owners? When you put skin in the game and invest in yourself by way of education- that you pay for- you show up differently.
Really think about it. You are not stuck. You do not have to live with burnout. You are a business owner. That means: you DESERVE to have the business & life that you love.
